Interesting approach to the anime theme with the team up of a cheerleader and average high school guy. Definitely is an interesting premise that can hook a lot of readers. However, I believe the explanation of Matt's role and the back story should have been built with more details. Such as introducing the Cheer Raiders viewpoint in the first fight or when she first became the Cheer Raider. Also, the role of Matt seem very rushed,just getting info in a flash of a light. Maybe a conversation with the robot itself or an ancient presence that gives vague details to the new hero. |
