As I've mentioned before, the only honest version of a story exists in the mind's of its audience. I couldn't make the end of this story any better than it is in the mind of any given reader. There are as many different interpretations of this ending as there are readers, and I wouldn't want to say "it's this" because that would be the same as saying "it *isn't* that". I humbly invite you to decide for yourself what happens when the sun comes up. |
