I fixed it, except it has to go through the moderation process again because I have to re-submit it. That's right, to simply enable comments it has to be re-moderated. Have I mentioned how much I hate this site lately? It's up on StoriesOnline if anyone's desperate to read it now though. |

But the sensible thing when you dislike something this strongly is to simply not read it any more, and be on your way. I've read stuff I've disliked, so I've simply left. There are story themes I very much dislike, but I don't discourage anyone from writing them. People can write what they like, and if that's not the sort of thing you like to read, then don't read it. But remember it's not just me you're criticising here. You're also criticising everyone else who's ever written or enjoyed reading something like this. We're not wrong to like this sort of thing, and you're not wrong for disliking it. But you are wrong for so intensely opposing it. No-one has been hurt by this story. Most people reading it understand that the stuff in this story is wrong, but they enjoy reading it. So let them. |
