The reason is that there is much more to this story than the sex with the young girl. I see it as a necessary recount of the abused she was to suffer in her youth. I love the way you mix the different by-stories that deepen the plot. I don't want to negatively critizise your work, but I've detected a few passages where you should re-read your text that still need some editing and I'm french speaking. So I imagine for fluent english speaking reader, that these must make it harder for them to follow along, being hindered by having to re-read the passage and editing it in their minds. Keep up the good work. |
