I'd post it faster, but every time I type some more of it in from the paper it's written on, I start working on it more and end up having to rewrite whole sections. |

They are supposed to be on Nifty too but they have not posted them and haven't told me why. I'll keep working on it. The rest of the chapters will also be cleaned up and posted there. |
