2011-04-20 00:51:25 | Full Circle - Chapter Four | Anonymous reader 2011-04-19 14:58:46 -- Please continue trying to register as I and many of the writers here really do appreciate having readers, such as yourself, who are willing to vote and comment, as fellow members because you are, ultimately, the people we actually write for. A quick perusal of many of the authors here will easily confirm the fact that you and those like you are rare creatures indeed as you see where thousands or even tens of thousands of people have read a particular story yet only a small handful bother themselves to vote and an even smaller number take the time and effort to make a comment about a particular bit of writing. Again - thank you for your kind words about my scribblings. If you haven't already you might try contacting site support to see if they can assist and please keep trying to register. |
2011-04-20 02:27:53 | Outstanding story! The revised version is infinitely better by several orders of magnitude. I sincerely hope that the stories are ultimately going to result in a full length book at some point in the not too distant future. As I said in the PM your writing skills are easily and favorably comparible to some of the best currently in print today. - THX Fix'm |

2011-04-20 17:58:22 | Full Circle - Chapter Four | Anonymous reader 2011-04-20 17:24:14: punctuation has never been my strong suite and is, in fact, a bane on my existence. I do try and make a conscious effort to eliminate typos, but my eyes aren't as young as they once were. what i need is a proof reader / editor that can catch all the wayward commas and other bits of punctuation that I either misplace or forget to place to begin with. I am writing a book, however after some 45k words I am stuck at present with no idea where to go from where I am. I don't despair (of finishing it that is) as something similar happened when I has about 10k words in and yet when I reached the 30k mark. I just keep reading over what I have written, making minor corrections and adding a bit of fluff to the story line and eventually I look up and the block is gone. I am also working with a new, and at present unformed, publishing company that will deal exclusively with ebooks. We will just have to see how it goes. Thanks again for your kind words |
