There's plenty on this site that doesn't appeal to me but I don't tell YOU that you can't read it or demand that the site censure it so that you can't. The site has lost a bunch of good writers because of what they did. They also own at least one other site and have been spiking this one with stories from there to make this one look successful. We aren't nearly as dumb as they seem to think we are.We saw the sudden surge in new unheard of authors and more stories in a day than the site used to get in a week. One of the better authors had to write to them several times to get his stories pulled. They were taking them down four or five at a time.. stalling him.. but he kept at them and they lost dozens of excellent stories for being nitwit censors (I believe that I misspelled that in my earlier post) who think they're going to dictate to independent thinkers AND GET AWAY WITH IT. I've fought with and against small minded people all my life and I know when I have something of value as a bargaining chip. I've had the satisfaction of seeing two companies go belly up because they lost me. They were too stupid to realize that I was their key man. This site has lost several of their 'key writers' already and I happen to be in touch with several more who are also ready to tell them where to shove it if they cross them. I say abolish that idiotic rule and regain the writer |
