Just like cheating in a video game, this scenario results in the loss of a lot of the fun. Very cartoon like. Wacky nonsense, but not bad surprisingly. If it got a lot less bizarre and he turned up the difficulty a little bit. That could make for a more interesting story. Give the character a little self awareness and depth. |

It happens. These stories are great. Big dick cliche but, it works. It's not a clever or unique type of story, but it's very well written and the type that's hard to get enough of. There's great moments that I'll probably even re-read these stories for. |

QED means "therefore", "thus", "as demonstrated".. it is essentially the final word in a mathematical or logical argument, after which you might state the conclusion. A popular culture reference is when Jack Sparrow sets the premise that Turner wouldn't seek Jack out unless trying to save a damsel in distress and therefore, "QED", Turner could not really be there. Almost sounds like it means "in otherwords" but it really means in conclusion. |

QED just pops up in graduate math a lot, so it caught my attention. More a case of a boring reader as opposed to a boring writer. As for the homework question, I had a dream, so I wrote it out to share. Then I pandered. Then experimented. Then decided I wasn't very creative, but I seemed pretty good at improving other people's work, so I rewrote someone else's story. Stayed on top of the top 30 days chart for quite a long time with a couple stories. Since then I have some ideas for a weird love triangle scenario. Sister by adoption has crush on brother by adoption, who has a girlfriend he's absolutely crazy for, the girlfriend is hot for and in love with the sister, the sister is both jealous of the girlfriend and thinks the girlfriend is totally beneath her in brains and popularity status, but once the girlfriend catches on to the sister's crush, the girlfriend hatches a plan to make everyone happy... |
