Dave and Maddie are happily married and doing what newlyweds do for the first two or three years of their marriages. The Lady of the Lake, Lady Nimue, although immortal, has been cursed by ANOTHER immortal nymph to die if she makes love to any man, thereby losing the true love of her life, Merlin. Lady Nimue removes Merlin's memories of them being hot and horny for each other, but leaves the memories of them being Master and Apprentice, This is some seriously messed up stuff going on. Possible solution: Lady Nimue and Maddie get it on. Should our favorite Water Nymph die? NO. The curse specifically states, "... if you (Lady Nimue) make love with any man...." Maddie is most definitely NOT A MAN. Just ask Dave. Will that break the curse? Probably not, but it will keep the Lady of the Lake from being lonely, if she only takes female lovers. Dr. Mark Iger should have been killed just because. BUT... he's too big a sleazebag to just toss aside, |

I'm pretty sure they're making a HUGE MISTAKE taking Dr. Mark Iger into their ranks. TYhe only good thing about it would be if Iger's a double agent. That remains to be seen. With all the behind-the-scenes hoochie-coo going on between Dave and Maddie, I wouldn't be surprised if Maddie is already pregnant (after the wedding, of course) with her first of many offspring from David. And it's a good touch, making Maddie a member of the Masons, too. it will keep the two lovebirds together, IN and OUT of the inevitable trouble coming their way.... |
| 2019-03-05 05:52:40 | The Cat and... the Bat? | First of all, I need to say that I'm not a big fan of The Bat-Man (the spelling is deliberate. just want to see how many people get it). However, the great romance in Bruce Wayne's/Bat-Man's life has been Selina Kyle/The Cat/Catwoman. It's been an On-Again, Off-Again thing with The Bat-Man for decades. I believe both of them deserve the chance to love and be loved by a person of the opposite gender, just not Bruce and Selina. Here, we see Selina Kyle finding and reciprocating love, even creating a family with her husband. I'd like to see this story continued about 10-12 years later, primarily because Infiltrator and Catwoman have two daughters who will probably want to join the Family Business. Also, Bruce needs to find a good woman to marry and be a great mom to their kids. Wayne Industries needs an heir, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a male.... |
