If you are such an authority on writing, post one of your stories to show your expertise to all of us, under a handle that we would recognize. If not, you are just another of the howling negativity purveyors on this site, of which there seems to be a plethora. In the meantime I get plenty of encouragement from people who like my work. Gina, I always enjoy your comments. Thank you. The relationship was very formal to start. He was her boss and they had no established relationship before that became so. There is a expression, 'hit on.to describe unwanted advances by workmates, especially bosses. I think that it is unkind and ugly. But, in today's world a girl has to be protected at work, and it makes legitimate advances by a fellow employee difficult at times, and the boss has to be very careful in the process. Assumed nerdiness was merely a defense mechanism to disway male attention. |
